MANUAL WASH WITH AND WITHOUT APPLYING CHEMICALS

HL. SKJONG AS delivers complete systems and equipment for manual washing and cleaning. Our systems are used aboard well-boats, fishing boats and other vessels whom depend on cleanliness to function optimally.
Applying chemicals and dosage is done with ease with our cleaning satellites. These suck chemicals directly from the chemical container and mix it with the correct amount of water. We know our customers’ needs and select the correct product from a wide range of available product.

TANK CLEANING

Through long experience we have built up a solid competence in automatic tank cleaning systems for well- and fishing boats. We offer both single components and complete solutions for tank cleaning systems.

DOSAGE UNITS

In many instances, a dosage unit will be needed for chemicals. We develop and build these dosage units for customer specific requirements. The dosage units are used to supply the correct dosage of chemicals for tank cleaning, manual cleaning, conveyor belt cleaning and more. The dosage units survey and log consumptions of the different chemicals for proper documentation of the cleaning process. The dosage of each chemical is easily adjusted through a PLS control system.
